At Voiago, we value our customers’ satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

• Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
